Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to PolishBnB, an AI-powered listing audit service for Airbnb hosts. By accessing or using PolishBnB at polishbnb.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

PolishBnB is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Airbnb, Inc.

What PolishBnB Does

PolishBnB analyzes the public content of an Airbnb listing URL you provide, scores it across five dimensions, and generates rewriting suggestions and a photo critique. The output is delivered as a web report and a downloadable PDF.

How You May Use PolishBnB

• You may use PolishBnB to audit Airbnb listings you own or manage with permission.
• You agree to use the service in accordance with applicable laws.
• You may apply, modify, or ignore any of our rewriting suggestions on your own listing — the rewritten copy is yours to publish or not.

Pricing, Payments, and Refunds

• The full audit is $19 per listing (subject to change with notice; existing orders honor the price paid).
• Payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe handles secure card processing on our behalf, and we retain only the necessary payment confirmation and order metadata.
• We offer a 7-day no-questions refund on any audit. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order ID; we issue the refund through Stripe.
• Repeat refunds for the same email may be denied to prevent abuse.

AI Output and No Warranty

The audit is generated by large language models analyzing your listing data. Output is advisory and may contain errors or omissions. We make a best effort to ground every recommendation in your real data, reject hallucinated facts, and stay within Airbnb's character limits, but:

• We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will increase your bookings, ranking, or revenue.
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing the output before publishing it on Airbnb.
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Your Account and Data

• v0 of PolishBnB does not require an account. Reports are delivered via a signed URL emailed to the address you provide.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the report URL. We can re-issue the URL within the 24-hour validity window on request.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use PolishBnB to audit listings you have no right to access or modify.
• Attempt to scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the service in violation of these Terms.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our prompts, models, or report templates.
• Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access to anyone violating these Terms.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: failures of upstream providers (Anthropic, airbnb19 or other upstream listing data providers, Stripe, Resend, hosting providers), Airbnb anti-scraping changes, internet outages, governmental orders, or natural events. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service and refund any audit that fails to deliver due to such an event.

Intellectual Property

• The PolishBnB platform, including code, prompts, designs, and report templates, is owned by polishbnb.com and protected by applicable law.
• The rewritten copy and report content generated for your listing is yours to use, modify, and publish.
• Airbnb® is a trademark of Airbnb, Inc. All references are nominative; we are not affiliated with Airbnb, Inc.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, polishbnb.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months, or USD $19, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability — in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 days before taking effect, by updating the "Last updated" date and, where required by law, by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR (the operator's jurisdiction), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

For payment-related disputes (refunds, chargebacks, tax invoices), please contact [email protected] first. Payment disputes are processed through Stripe's payment rails as applicable.

Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled through binding arbitration where permitted, otherwise in the competent courts of Hong Kong SAR.

EU Digital Services Act (DSA)

For EU users: PolishBnB does not operate as a hosting provider, online marketplace, or very large online platform under the DSA. For any DSA-related inquiry, contact [email protected].
